Naga Devi, is an Embodied Yoga teacher, a community connectress, a world traveler and ultimately a vessel in service to the healing of the planet. She offers a variety of unique and intentional classes, with the purpose of cultivating sustainable self healing, self transformation, sacred daily ritual and to be your embodied radiant whole self! She began her journey as a yoga practitioner in 2006 and completely fell in love with it- yoga started healing her physical injuries, brought her deep relaxation, transmuted trauma that was stored in her body and was a place of refuge during some of the darkest times in her life- yoga saved her life, and continues to. She is a 300 hour certified yoga teacher, she offers private sessions, workshops and teaches weekly Embodied Yoga classes that are of Vinyasa and Hatha style that focus on alignment, meditation, pranayama and mantra, and she also offers special Yin Yoga classes accompanied with sound healings. In class, she intentionally creates a safe and accepting space for all bodies and all levels of students to practice yoga. Through her teachings she aspires to help students move and transform trauma that is stored in the mind/body/spirit to reveal their grounded, embodied and free self. She emphasize that what is cultivated and discovered on the mat are life tools for self healing that can be carried out into daily life and put into practice at any time off the mat.
